    The course can also help you ease muscle tension and relieve back and joint complaints.

    We have designed “perfect move” as a strictly online course. You can access the course any time via the website www.perfect-move.ch using the browser on your desktop PC, your laptop, tablet or smartphone.

  • Who is the “perfect move” online course suitable for?

    Back and joint problems don’t just appear among the “50 plus” generation. Many younger people also suffer from muscle tension or back problems, since it can often be difficult in our daily work lives to move around sufficiently and pay enough attention to our health.

    The “perfect move” online course is aimed at healthy persons free from any illnesses requiring treatment and anyone eager to stay fit and mobile to prevent problems later on. The course can also help relieve muscle tension and alleviate existing complaints. To participate in the course, you must be at least 18 years old with no serious pre-existing conditions, so we ask you a few health-related questions during your registration.

  • Who is the “perfect move” online course not suitable for?

    Certain health conditions make participation in the course impossible. For instance, in the event of serious conditions such as spinal fusion, metal fixation implants (rods, screws, plates) in the spine or in other joints, severe osteoporosis, existing compression fractures, inguinal and umbilical hernias and following recent operations (especially in the stomach area), unfortunately you can’t participate in the online course. In the case of massive mobility restrictions, swellings, hematomas, compression or pressure pain, or with open wounds you should wait until your acute complaints are completely healed (at least 6 weeks) before participating. We also advise you not to participate in the course if you are currently pregnant.

  • How can I register?

  • What is the sequence of the online course?

    You can start with your first Course Unit immediately after registering. In each Course Unit you learn new exercises with video instruction. You also receive lots of helpful information about health and mobility, and you can take our Quiz after each unit to check whether you’ve remembered everything. You need approximately 45 minutes to complete a Course Unit. Then there are the exercises that you choose yourself. The modular structure of the course means you can create your own training plan and document your progress. You will go through 8 Course Units in all. After completing the final unit, you receive a Certificate of Participation.

  • How often do I have to train for it to be effective?

    That’s up to you! The road to success is highly individual – the only important thing is that you train regularly and (voluntarily) integrate your training plan into your daily life. For instance, you could do one exercise each day from Monday through Friday. Many participants stick to it better when they always do their training at the same time, for example when you wake up or during your lunch break. We have conducted numerous programs with more than 1,000 participants. Even just 15 minutes a week can be enough to improve your flexibility by an average of 25% after only 6 weeks.

  • Do I have to do all the exercises that are presented?

    No, you can put your training plan with the exercises together to suit your own individual needs. We provide you with a variety of exercises in the course. These exercises are aimed at training the muscles that tend to contract. For example, if you have back problems, special exercises such as the “Standing Back Bend” could be advisable.

  • How long does the online course last?

    The course consists of 8 units. You can complete each unit in approximately 45 minutes. On top of this are the exercises that you select yourself and enter into your personal training plan. If you like, you can also take a break from the online course and then pick up next time at the spot where you left off. Your access to the Course Unit is unlocked each Monday so you have enough time to plan for your training. You have 12 weeks in total to complete all 8 Course Units. It is helpful for many participants to complete a unit on a certain specific day of each week.

  • How much does participation in the “perfect move” online course cost?

    Participation costs 139.00 CHF.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    After entering your data, you are transferred directly to the payment options. If your employer is paying for the course for you, you will receive a special code in advance that you can use to skip over the payment procedure.

  • Can I pause the online course if I go on vacation or get sick, for example?

    We’ve structured the course so that you also have enough time to take an occasional break. You have 12 weeks to complete the 8 Course Units, so if you happen to go on vacation or become ill, you can simply pause the course. However, we recommend that you stick with it and complete the course without any longer breaks. This will keep you active!

  • What do I do if I forget my password?
